Crazy Eights is a shedding-type card game for two to seven players. The object of the game is to be the first to get rid of all the player's cards to a discard pile. This game is node.js based an online multiplayer game like UNO.

Price Prediction Model

A real estate appraisal model which could be used by customers to get an estimate of their properties worth and eventually develop a tool that can be used by financial institutions to evaluate properties cheaper and faster than the traditional method. In this project, a web application that can generate predictions for future housing prices in Delhi/NCR. In order to select a prediction method, various regression methods were explored and compared. Random forest for regression was chosen as our model due to its flexible and probabilistic approach to learning and model selection. To handle the large dataset of past property transactions in NCR, we exploit the spatial structure of the dataset to distribute computations to smaller independent local models. Overall predictionsare obtained by recombining predictions from local models. By training the model and generating predictions on the server-side of the application, and then able to offload computationally intensive tasks and focus on generating visualisations on the client-side. The results demonstrate that the approach to the problem has been largely successful, and is able to produce predictions that are competitive to other housing price prediction models.
